GX3700e -
Marvin Test Solutions, Inc.
The GX3700e is a user configurable, FPGA–based, 3U PXI Express card offering 160 digital I/O signals which can be configured for single-ended or differential interfaces. The card employs the Altera Stratix III FPGA, which can support SerDes data rates up to 1.2 Gb/s, digital I/O clock rates of 700 MHz, and features over 45,000 logic elements and 1.836 Kb of memory. The GX3700e is supplied with an integral expansion board providing access to the FPGA’s 160 I/Os. Alternatively, users can design their own custom expansion cards for specific applications - eliminating the need for additional external boards which are cumbersome and physically difficult to integrate into a test system. The design of the FPGA is done by using Altera’s free Quartus II Web Edition tool set. Once the user has compiled the FPGA design, the configuration file can be loaded directly into the FPGA or via an on-board EEPROM.

Wewon Environmental Chambers Co, Ltd.
Probe card manufacturing need the semiconductor test equipment. When we designed the thermal testing equipment, Only some commonly used test items are packaged into the IC tester, and the logic function of the verification chip is implemented in a fixed test mode. But as chip products diversify, Some thermal inducing system can no longer do it alonehttps://www.wewontech.com/semiconductor-test-equipment/

8x34, 2 A, Electromechanical Relay Matrix Module for SwitchBlock - The SWB‑2834 is an electromechanical relay matrix card for SwitchBlock systems. Designed for high power, it can operate as an individual relay card or expand in a single carrier or single PXI chassis. You can connect any input to any output, individually or in combination. You can use matrix switches to route signals from oscilloscopes, DMMs, arbitrary waveform generators, and power supplies to various test points on a unit under test (UUT). The primary benefit of matrix switches is simplified wiring—the overall test system can easily and dynamically change the internal connection path without any external manual intervention.

RMAA -
RightMark Gathering
RMAA suite is designed for testing quality of analog and digital paths of any audio devices, be it a sound card, an MP3 player, a consumer CD/DVD player or an acoustic set. The results are obtained by playing and recording test signals passed through the tested audio path by means of frequency analysis algorithms. A more common mark is also provided for those unfamiliar with measured technical parameters.
